Building Loan

  • A member has to be a member for at least 6 months.
  • A minimum of RM10 subscription a month is required during the loan period
  • Property to be purchase is to be used as collateral
  • Interest rate is 4.8% per annum (monthly rest)
  • Maximum Loan Amount :
    Single Loan MRTA – 90% of value of the property purchased or RM 400,000, whichever is less
    Joint Loan MRTA to each member –90% of value of the property purchased or RM 600,000, whichever is less
  • Repayment Period : 360 Months (30 yrs) or the member attaining 60 years of age, whichever is earlier.
  • Processing Fee : RM 100 (Single Loan) – Non Refundable RM 200 (Joint Loan) – Non Refundable
